I changed the ring tone on my cell phone (to baby love, just for AGCI) so I knew it was AGCI calling and wouldn't jump everytime the phone rang!!

On the mac, put the cursor over what you want to save and click the control button and the mouse key and it will bring up the screen so you can decide what to do with it.

you need to go get the classes, it's $99 for a whole year of one to one classes, they are phenomenal. We got our macs about two months ago. And I was feeling the same way. now I LOVE them!
